Fancy Fatale is a Vermont based artist who has been creating her whole life and professionally since 2015.
She is inspired by comics such as Saga, Rat Queens, Walking Dead, Oglaf, I Roved Out, Alfie, and fellow artists such Albavulpes creator of Morality, Dedkittystudios creator of Machimonto and Yasmine Pirouz creator of Torus Link.
Her first comic was a self written space dramady called Nobody Throws Rocks produced in 2018, staring her original characters Gen Jubel and Bran.
She took a break from this project once she was introduced to Dungeons & Dragons by her partner Nick. This was the beginning for The Tales of Yonder
Tales of Yonder is a collaborative writing experience based on the multiple D&D campaigns based in the homebrew setting of Yonder, created by Nick who has been working on the project since 2011.
Yonder is the world in which the stories of Faeward, OATH and MTJ were created and will continue to develop for years to come.
The goal of Fancy Fatale is to use her Psychology BA from Smith College/NYU along with her love for creating art, to make comics that show characters and settings that become so real that people are able to connect with them learning moral lessons and feeling connected and represented.
